Live Ramp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support our strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives. In this critical role, you will partner with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, and Business Leadership—to deliver actionable insights, enhance forecasting processes, and support data-driven decision-making that drives the company’s growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide variance explanations comparing forecast to actuals
- Collaborate closely with business and functional leaders to understand growth drivers and cost structures
- Design and deliver clear, comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Drive improvements to business processes, reporting automation, and data integrity across FP&A functions
- Support strategic initiatives with robust scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Assist in the annual budgeting process as well as regular financial reforecasts
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification a plus
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles (technology sector experience preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail
