As Vice President, you will be instrumental in the full investment lifecycle within the venture capital asset class. Your responsibilities will encompass deal sourcing, comprehensive due diligence, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio management support. This position requires a professional with a robust analytical framework, a deep understanding of venture capital mechanics, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating with a global team.

Key responsibilities include proactive deal sourcing and screening, identifying new investment opportunities within target sectors, and conducting initial assessments based on strategic fit and market potential. The Vice President will lead comprehensive commercial, technical, and financial due diligence processes, encompassing market analysis, technology evaluation, business model validation, and financial performance review. This role requires developing detailed financial models, performing valuation analyses, and assessing investment returns and risks.

You will be responsible for preparing detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committees, participating in term sheet negotiation, and transaction structuring. Further responsibilities include monitoring portfolio company performance, providing strategic support, and assisting with follow-on investment decisions and exit planning. Ongoing industry research into emerging technologies and market trends, alongside cultivating relationships with founders, venture capital firms, and industry experts, are also critical components of this role.
