The San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology, an industry leader and Paul Mitchell Partner School is seeking an experienced full-time Service Desk Associate for our South of Market location. Must have salon or retail experience; licensed cosmetologist or esthetician a plus.

The role of Service Desk Associate at SFIEC contributes as a guest relations professional on the Salon Floor. This individual would provide outstanding service to the salon guest and to the Future Professional in all areas of salon operations. We are seeking a role model in beauty, fashion and wellness.

Full-time availability is necessary including nights and weekends

Experience Required
:
The ideal candidate must have salon industry or retail guest relations experience and a strong interest in mentoring Future Professionals in a busy, dynamic, thriving environment. This person is ambitious, motivated, and forward focused with an obsession for amazing customer service and teamwork. In addition, this candidate must be proficient in Windows/ Microsoft Office, cash drawer operations and balancing, answering multi-line telephone systems and have strong communication skills.
