• Lead and support the salon floor team during daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Provide hands‑on coaching, mentorship, and real‑time feedback to stylists and front desk staff
• Monitor floor performance, manage scheduling flow, and optimise team productivity
• Deliver professional blowout services and uphold Blowology's signature style standards
• Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism and care
• Assist management with onboarding, training, and development of new team members
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked salon floor at all times

• Valid California Cosmetology License required
• 2+ years of experience in a salon or blowout bar environment
• Prior team lead, supervisory, or mentorship experience preferred
• Strong blowout and styling technique skills across all hair types
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Guest‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering five‑star service
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced salon setting
