Health Flex Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation's largest privately owned agencies, is looking for a Home Health Aide – Russian‑Speaking to join our team founded by nurses. Home Health Aides (HHA) provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and providing companionship to ensure clients' comfort and well‑being.

• Supportive Case Managers:
  Work alongside supportive and knowledgeable Registered Nurses
• Minimized drive time with a territory radius of 5‑10 miles, depending on location
• Flexible scheduling and autonomy managing your own hours
• Individualized, structured, and ongoing training program to develop your skills and provide industry‑leading patient care
• Industry‑leading, easy‑to‑use documentation and technology solutions to streamline communication

Competitive per‑visit pay rate of $45–$50, aligned with industry‑leading standards. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement, paid parking and bridge tolls, and compensation based on experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and current market data.
