Key Responsibilities
* ** Treatment Execution:
** Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
* ** Progress Monitoring:
** Track resident responses to treatment and provide detailed, accurate documentation to ensure goals are being met.
* ** Interdisciplinary Teamwork:
** Collaborate closely with Nursing, Activities, and the broader Therapy team to enhance the overall quality of life for our residents.

Education:

** Instruct residents and caregivers in safe mobility techniques and specialized exercise programs to prepare for successful discharge.

Qualifications
* Current, valid
** Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
** in the state of California.
* A team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
