Medical Device Surgery - Marketing Manager

A small, high‑growth medical device company with a global footprint and a Bay Area headquarters is adding a Marketing Manager to their team. They have experienced strong YOY growth the last few years and are stable and well‑resourced. The culture is known for what employees describe as long tenures, with an average employee lasting well over ten years.
The OpportunityIn this newly created role you will develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to drive commercial adoption of a market‑leading surgical portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing branding, positioning, and messaging.
- Creating collateral materials for surgeons and customers.
- Building surgeon KOL relationships and educating the sales team on portfolio benefits and features.
- Gathering commercial data to track portfolio growth and perform competitive intelligence.
- Presenting regularly to executive leadership and collaborating across marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and other departments.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in medical device (or 8+ years for a Senior Marketing Manager).
- Strong downstream marketing experience with a surgical product.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a hybrid in‑office/work‑from‑home setup. Relocation assistance is available.
