Must be an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
This job opening will serve to fill multiple current and upcoming Clinical Therapist I/II vacancies throughout Riverside County for the Riverside University Health System (Behavioral Health, Medical Center, and Community Health Clinics) for Regular, temporary, and Per Diem positions.

The current and upcoming divisions that are seeking qualified Clinical Therapists I/II are listed below (Location may vary). Please note that the position may be filled by the time you apply.

Openings for Associate & Licensed Clinicians (CT I/II):

  • Lake Elsinore Adult Clinic

Populations:Adults – Field Work

Previous experience with FSP programs and/or adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness

  • FRANKLIN CLINIC FSP – Riverside

Population:Adults with Behavioral Health symptoms and Substance Use

  • MHSA - Lake Elsinore Clinic

Population:challenges of early childhood to the complexities of adolescence

  • Mental Health Court - Riverside

Population:18+ - Field Work

  • San Jacinto Alcohol

Population:Adults and possibly adolescents

  • Blaine St Clinic – Riverside

Population:Adults 26 to 59.5 years old

  • Lake Elsinore MCMT MH

Population -MH All – Field Work

  • Banning & Hemet MCMT Integrated

Population:Candidates will be working with all ages, responding to members in a mental health crisis. Our teams often respond to anyone, anywhere within our county – Field Work

  • Pd Outreach – Moreno Valley

Population:Law Enforcement, families, children, adults, and people in crisis. – Field Work with Sheriff's

SHERIFF'S REQUIRED - Crisis differential - 5.5%

  • MHSA Banning Clinic - Harmony Haven

Population:This position will work specifically with foster care youth who are temporarily residing at the Harmony Haven youth emergency shelter in Beaumont, as well as foster youth who are out stationed in other areas identified by DPSS.

  • YHIP Mid County – Perris

Population:YHIP - The CT will provide the majority of the therapy services in the field - CT will participate in monitoring a 24-hour Crisis Phone which rotates in between therapists. – Field Work

Openings for Bilingual Clinicians:

  • Temecula Adult Clinic

Population:Adult consumers between the ages of 18 – 59 ½ who meet the criteria for BH services at a county clinic level;
Medi-Cal and Medi-Care population.

  • Moreno Valley MCMT Integrated

Population:MCMT Integrated - Mobile Crisis Management Team

Openings for Licensed Clinicians (CT II) ONLY:

  • Youth & Family Comm Services - Riverside

Population:Child welfare and juvenile justice youth. 5-21 but mostly teens – Field Work

  • Mobile Psych Svc & FSP Outreach – Riverside

Population:Adults – Field Work

  • TAY Mid County Drop-In - Perris

Population:TAY ages 16 – 25 outpatient mental health – Field Work


For this recruitment, some positions are eligible for a 10% DTR or 5.5% Crisis differential that is applied to hours worked. At any time, this differential can be removed.
