Spectrum Psych is expanding to San Francisco and seeking our first full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing Bay Area team.

Spectrum Psych offers wraparound psychological and psychiatric care for neurodivergent clients across the lifespan — including diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, medication management, yoga therapy, and support groups. We specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, and mood-related concerns in a warm, strengths-based environment.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time, Hybrid | San Francisco)

Spectrum Psych is expanding to San Francisco and seeking our first full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing Bay Area team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the foundation of our new location while working within a highly collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming practice.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Francisco. You’ll provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.

As our first full-time clinician in the Bay Area, this role offers room for future leadership opportunities as the practice expands and our San Francisco presence develops.

• Provide neurodivergent-affirming, skills-based psychotherapy
• Conduct comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain timely documentation
• Communicate responsively with clients and families between sessions
• Offer parent consultation and support as needed
• Collaborate with psychiatry, occupational therapy, and other providers to coordinate care
• Participate in monthly case consultations and team meetings
• Contribute to an inclusive, compassionate, and growth-oriented culture

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
• 3+ years of clinical experience (autism, ADHD, anxiety, or mood disorders preferred)
• Strong CBT background (PEERS® certification a plus)
• Excellent clinical documentation and communication skills
• Genuine interest in working with neurodivergent and neurotypical clients across the lifespan
• Team-oriented, reflective, and aligned with a neurodiversity-affirming framework
• Excitement about helping establish and grow a new location within an established practice
• Interest in future leadership roles as the San Francisco team grows

• Hybrid schedule (telehealth initially, with in-person work added once office space is established)
