Location: San Francisco, CA
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll work side‑by‑side with a Physical Therapist to carry out treatment plans that improve strength, mobility, and day‑to‑day function. This role is hands‑on and people‑facing—guiding patients through exercises, tracking progress, and helping them feel confident in their movement again.

• Provide treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement training
• Use manual techniques and modalities as directed (e.g., heat, ice, e‑stim)
• Monitor patient response and report progress/concerns to the PT
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper form
• Document visits accurately and on time per clinic standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized treatment environment

• PTA degree from an accredited program
• California PTA license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification
• Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems
• Strong patient communication and professionalism
