We are strengthening our San Francisco County team and are seeking a Physical Therapist who wants flexibility, independence, modern tools, and an organized home health structure behind them.

- Clinician-First Culture:

- Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year (Based on experience)
- Performance Bonus:

- Independently perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop and manage individualized plans of care.
- Deliver skilled therapy focused on mobility, function, fall prevention, and independence.
- Supervise and collaborate with PTAs as applicable.
- Communicate directly with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Complete documentation in Kinnser supported by AI tools.
- Serve as the primary PT voice in patient care planning.
- Current California Physical Therapist license.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and time-management skills.
- Home health experience is preferred, but strong outpatient, inpatient, or rehab PTs are encouraged to apply.
