Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and develop specifications for descriptive and complex statistics in studies using real-world data (RWD) for HEOR research questions.

• Conduct analyses to inform parameters for economic models.

• In collaboration with HEOR leads, select an appropriate internal database(s) to address research questions.

• Develop and QC TFLs for protocols/reports/manuscripts from RWE research conducted to assess the value of therapies using RWD (e.g., claims and EHR).

• QC programming for descriptive and complex studies in RWD.

• Work with epidemiologists and HEOR scientists to generate study measures in RWD.

• Assist in developing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP) for descriptive and complex studies using RWD, including claims and EHR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong statistical programming (such as SAS) and analytical experience with a Master’s Degree in public health, epidemiology, health economics, or related discipline; or

• 5+ years of strong statistical programming (such as SAS) and analytical experience with a Pharm

D or PhD

• 1+ years of experience in oncology studies

• Knowledge of real-world data and experience in observational research study design, execution, and communication

• Experience in HEOR, medical affairs, managed markets, healthcare consulting or other pharmaceutical/biotech industry work or research.

• Strong track record of analysis of RWD

• Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing, diverse, and matrix environment

• Formal training in Programming and demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis programs commonly used in life sciences (e.g., SAS, R, SQL)

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in public health, epidemiology, health economics, or related discipline

• Pharm

D with fellowship in health economics or related discipline

• 2+ years of experience in CRO/consultation with client engagement responsibilities

• Experience in developing programs for lines of therapy in oncology studies
