Includes the development of a case-based operating budget for patient volume, detailed utilization projections and gross revenue. Oversees the service line profitability reporting, the cost accounting system, and the decision support system integration of clinical and financial data in a patient-centric repository.
Provides for the measurement and benchmarking of business operations in relation to best business practices for the healthcare industry and internal business objectives.
The role applies extensive knowledge of industry practices in health care decision support and advanced professional concepts to substantial projects, typically at high degrees of complexity.

Compensation and BenefitsThe final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on your work experience and internal equity within this position classification positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $129,300 - $194,000 (Annual Rate).
