Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full‑time, in‑person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across California. These are full‑time, direct‑hire, permanent placement SLP positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

• Licensed and certified California Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs)
• SLPs relocating to California
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) starting or completing their CFY
• Experienced SLPs seeking roles in SNF, ALF, retirement communities, hospital‑based rehab, outpatient, pediatric, home health, or mixed‑setting environments
• SLPs looking for long‑term, stable, in‑person, permanent placement roles

Note:

Facility requirements vary—some positions require ASHA CCC, while others accept strong CFs. CF supervision availability depends on the specific facility.

Competitive statewide SLP salary range: $50-65/hr (compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

• Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program
• Active California SLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full‑time in one of the listed California markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
