Job OverviewPosition Overview
The EHS Program Specialist supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs. This role partners closely with field leadership, operations teams, and corporate EHS to ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen safety culture, and advance strategic EHS initiatives.
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support implementation and ongoing management of enterprise EHS programs and initiatives
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with federal, state, and local standards
- Assist in program documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Analyze safety data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with operations and field leadership to drive program adoption and consistency
- Support audits, inspections, and corrective action processes
- Develop and maintain training materials and program resources
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen overall safety performance

EHS Program SpecialistRequired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an EHS, safety, or related role
- Experience supporting environmental, health, and safety programs in construction or similar industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable regulatory standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred
