Job Title: Senior Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $157,602 - $195,917 (based on experience)

Schedule: Variable shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), including weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage. Must be open to rotate to different sites and work variable shifts. This facility is open 7 days per week from 8am - 8pm

Position Overview: The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will perform high-quality diagnostic sonograms to demonstrate anatomy and pathology for interpretation. This role requires flexibility to rotate across multiple medical center locations and work various shifts based on department needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including OB, abdominal, thyroid, transplant, kidney, liver, and pancreas imaging.
• Obtain and review patient clinical information prior to exams.
• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Conduct portable exams and assist with patient transfers as needed.
• Maintain compliance with ARDMS credentialing and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Active ARDMS credentials in Abdominal and OB/GYN Sonography.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a hospital setting performing diagnostic ultrasound.
• Completion of a CAHEEP-accredited ultrasound program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and rotating to different locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pediatric patients.
• Proficiency in sterile procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
