This position provides therapy services within a multidisciplinary team, primarily serving adult and geriatric patients.
- Ensures effective communication with physicians, patients, and team members.
- Completes all required documentation and pursues ongoing professional development.
- Assesses patients from developmental and aging perspectives to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Sets measurable therapy goals, implements appropriate interventions, and monitors progress.
- Participates in treatment planning, quality improvement, and education activities.
- Possesses clinical skills to address pediatric and geriatric patient needs.
- Hospital experience preferred; new grads considered.
- Requires a valid CA Speech Language Pathologist license, BLS certification, and ability to commute or relocate to Manteca, CA.
Position is part-time or contract, paying $40-$55/hour.
