Our organization is dedicated to supporting students aged 5‑22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
We seek a Part‑Time Speech and Language Pathologist (8‑10 hours/week) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
Key duties include:
- Conducting evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy
- Collaborating with staff and families
- Training team members
- Integrating communication strategies into behavior plans
Qualifications include:
- Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Current licensure
- Experience with children with complex needs
- Preferred: knowledge of AAC devices, behavioral interventions, and trauma‑informed practices
