Overview
Hospital system looking to bring on Executive Operations of Ambulatory Surgery Centers! Bonus Incentives and Full Relocation!
Executive/senior director-level position that reports directly to senior leadership. ASC operations leader with oversight of multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers and strong experience in physician practice operations within a managed care environment.
Responsibilities- Executive ownership of ASC operations across a defined geographic area
- Full accountability for quality, patient experience, financial performance, budgets, and capital expenditures
- Strong collaboration with physicians, service line leaders, and geographic leadership
- 15+ years of relevant healthcare operations experience preferred
- Experience in a top administrative or management position either in the ASC or hospital surgical space.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
