Our spectrum of home‑based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. We are currently seeking a full‑time Hospice Aid to provide personal care services to our hospice patients.

MUST HAVE HHA LICENSE

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

• Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed
• Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation
• Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen
• Assist with prescribed exercises as directed

• Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program.
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred.

• Completion of an approved Home Health Aide (HHA) training program. HOME CARE AIDE (HCA) CERTIFICATION IS NOT ACCEPTED.
• Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.

$26.30 - $31.00 hourly
