Promotes shared decision-making at all levels to ensure a shared voice in practices, exchange of ideas, enhanced communication, and continually improved patient services. Management levels responsible for clinic operations.

The Associate Director of Clinical Operations directs the delivery of interdisciplinary clinical / nursing services, and ambulatory care, for multiple clinic (s) or center (s). Accountable for adherence to patient care practice standards, external regulations and accreditations, and overall direction and management of the clinical staff. Ensures patient care standards are achieved and in alignment with internal policies and external regulations.

Responsible for overseeing the investigation and resolution of patient complaints. May also manage practice or center management operations. Responsible for overseeing ongoing clinical performance and quality improvement in the area of Radiation Oncology. This position would be responsible for managing clinical operations at multiple sites.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification  positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.

The salary range for this position is $191,800 - $256,600 (Annual Rate).

• Minimum 5 years nursing experience with demonstrated leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse in the State of California and / or licensure in relevant clinical specialty.
