Key Responsibilities Perform exploratory data analysis and data mining of healthcare claims and authorizations data Design, document, develop, and roll out financial, clinical, and utilization analyses using various computing tools Interpret results and prepare data findings in an easily understandable format for varying levels of the organization
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Bachelor's degree required Experience in an analytics environment or field such as epidemiology, biostatistics, or healthcare Expert level knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools like Qlikview or Tableau
Experience with healthcare medical claims and data manipulation tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, or Python Understanding of CPT, NDC, GPI, ICD, revenue, and billing codes is critical
