Requirements• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent PT degree from an accredited program
• 1+ year of recent Physical Therapy experience (SNF or rehab preferred)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Active California Physical Therapist License
• 1+ year of recent PT experience, preferably in SNF or rehab settings
