Position: Lead Speech Language Pathologist (Full-Time, $7,500 Sign-On Bonus)

The Lead Speech Language Pathologist position is a full-time role in Santa Barbara, CA, offering a salary of $100,000-$120,000+ with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

  • Provide direct clinical services, assessments, and consultations for children, primarily focusing on autism spectrum disorder.
  • Implement Early Start and DIRFloortime principles within treatment plans.
  • Conduct screenings, document progress, and perform assessments, including equipment checks and in-home sessions.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and maintain accurate documentation.
Minimum Requirements

California SLP certification, active license, ASHA certification, Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, and passion for working with children on the spectrum.
