The Lead Speech Language Pathologist position is a full-time role in Santa Barbara, CA, offering a salary of $100,000-$120,000+ with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- Provide direct clinical services, assessments, and consultations for children, primarily focusing on autism spectrum disorder.
- Implement Early Start and DIRFloortime principles within treatment plans.
- Conduct screenings, document progress, and perform assessments, including equipment checks and in-home sessions.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and maintain accurate documentation.
California SLP certification, active license, ASHA certification, Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, and passion for working with children on the spectrum.
