This is a full-time, on-site role for a Convention Services Manager at LUMA Hotel San Francisco, located in San Francisco, CA. The Convention Services Manager will be responsible for planning and managing meetings, conferences, and events at the hotel. Daily tasks include overseeing event logistics, collaborating with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, coordinating with hotel departments, and ensuring events are executed seamlessly.
The individual will maintain high standards of guest and client service while managing multiple events and schedules.
- Expertise in Convention Services and Conference Services
- Proven skills in Meeting Planning and Event Planning
- Strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction with a focus on client needs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in the hospitality or event management industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
