Action Property Management is seeking a full‑time Luxury Residential Bell Person to join our team at Millennium Tower, San Francisco.
Responsibilities- Deliver items such as luggage, packages, groceries, messages, etc. to units.
- Walk the property to assist in picking up or cleaning any loose debris or trash and alert the Concierge of any condition requiring attention (e.g., Maintenance Requests).
- Cover the breaks of the Concierge and Door Host.
- Ensure that everyone is greeted with the utmost expression of gracious hospitality.
- Remain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance, and serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the association.
- Maintain clear passage of the car drop‑off area and sidewalks into the building.
- Secure taxis for Residents and Guests.
- Support Valet in assisting Residents and Guests into and out of their vehicles.
- Assist Residents and Guests with the loading and unloading of packages and luggage into and out of their vehicles.
- Assure safety and security of all luggage and packages.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Communicate politely and clearly, both in person and over the phone.
- Possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and procedures.
- Be familiar with the Association's amenities and surroundings to assist residents and guests effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Assist residents and guests with information about the Association's amenities and services.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Be flexible and ready to assist with tasks not strictly related to the job description when necessary.
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- 2+ years of prior experience in a hotel or residential building preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to lift and transport packages, luggage, and other belongings safely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions depending on the building layout and entrances.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

USD $21.00–$25.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience). Covered Benefits. Holiday Bonus. Annual Bonus ranging anywhere from $7,000 to $20,000.
Schedule5 Days Per Week; 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM, and 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM;
Weekends Required. (Schedule is not guaranteed and is subject to change based on operational needs.)
