Our Member Concierge team plays a critical role in delivering the elevated hospitality experience that sets CANOPY apart. As one of the first faces members and guests encounter, you will help create a welcoming, polished, and professional environment while supporting our community, events, and operations teams. Core

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and communication in every interaction with members, guests, vendors, and prospects.
  • Serve as a welcoming presence at the front desk, greeting members and visitors and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Support conference room, meeting room, and day office bookings, including assisting with third-party reservations and ensuring spaces are prepared for successful meetings and events.
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of member events, networking functions, and external events hosted within CANOPY spaces.
  • Provide operational and hospitality support to the Jackson Square Community Management team.
  • Assist with member onboarding and ensure new members feel welcomed and connected to the community.
  • Manage incoming mail and package notifications, ensuring timely communication and accurate distribution.
  • Help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the space, ensuring CANOPY's high standards are consistently met.
  • Order and organize office and hospitality supplies as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and communicate feedback and recommendations to Team CANOPY.
  • Provide coverage at various CANOPY locations when staffing support is needed.
  • Act as a CANOPY brand ambassador, embodying our commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times.

Experience Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, events, customer service, retail, coworking, hotels, restaurants, or a related service industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
  • Ability to work across multiple CANOPY locations as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting events, hospitality, or workplace operations.
  • Experience working in a luxury hospitality, boutique hotel, coworking, or premium customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM, booking, or workplace management software.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, design, technology, and community-building.
