** Who you are*
* As a front-line beverage leader, you will shape and elevate the guest experience through exceptional service, innovative beverage programming, and a world-class beverage culture. You will oversee beverage operations across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events, ensuring flawless service execution, operational excellence, and adherence to brand standards. You will lead and develop talent through coaching and training, manage inventory and cost controls, support property marketing activations, and serve as a visible presence during peak service periods and Manager on Duty shifts.
You will foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and collaboration while ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration across all food and beverage venues to deliver memorable and distinctive guest experiences.
** What you'll do*
* + Oversee daily beverage operations across bars, restaurants, events, and in-room dining.
+ Execute beverage standards, policies, and service procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience.
+ Manage beverage inventory, cost controls, liquor accountability, and financial performance.
+ Analyze sales mix, beverage profitability, and operating results to drive revenue and efficiency.
+ Develop beverage menus, promotions, and activations that enhance the guest experience and support business goals.
+ Partner with event and operations teams to deliver seamless group and banquet experiences.
+ Maintain food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
** What's expected of you*
* + Ensure compliance with all beverage, liquor, safety, and sanitation regulations.
+ Deliver exceptional guest experiences by proactively engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and acting on feedback.
+ Manage budgets, controllable expenses, inventory levels, and labor costs to achieve financial targets.
+ Build strong relationships with guests, associates, and business partners.
+ Demonstrate sound judgment, business acumen, and operational expertise.
+ Stay current on beverage trends, market insights, and industry best practices.
+ Use data, financial reporting, and operational metrics to inform decisions and improve performance.
+ Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and adapt messaging to difference audiences.

* + High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
