Step off Air Train and into the lobby of Grand Hyatt oy luxury hotel rooms and suites that feature stunning views of the bay and airport through soundproof floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy culinary delights or have a drink with friends in our bar without ever leaving the airport or take the train to the heart of San Francisco.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest corridors, elevator landings, service areas, linen closets, stairwells, and other assigned public and back-of-house areas.
• Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, guest supplies, amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and other requested items.
• Remove soiled linen, trash, recycling, and used service items from guest floors and housekeeping areas promptly and safely.
• Restock housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage rooms to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests and internal service calls.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, deep cleaning assignments, and room moves as directed by housekeeping leadership.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Keep housekeeping offices, storage areas, and service spaces neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and guest service.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, engineering, front office, and other hotel departments to support a seamless guest experience.

This is an hourly position with a compensation of $29.78 per hour.

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments efficiently.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Prior experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and safety practices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift moderate to heavy items regularly.
• Ability to move carts, supplies, linens, and equipment safely throughout the property.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced hotel setting.
