A leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Manager

The Attorney Recruiting Manager will oversee all non-partner attorney recruiting for two key offices, including law student recruitment, lateral hiring, and the summer associate program. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting for the West Coast and Central Region and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruiting strategies at target and regional law schools in partnership with hiring partners and recruiting committees.
- Increase firm visibility at law schools and foster relationships with career services and student organizations.
- Supervise and manage the local recruiting team.
- Oversee interview processes, candidate communications, and database management for student and lateral recruiting.
- Lead 1L and 2L interview processes, including strategy, registration, callbacks, and offer follow-up.
- Manage the summer associate program, including events, training, assignments, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with recruiters across offices to ensure consistency and share best practices.
- Work with practice group leadership to determine lateral hiring needs and manage the offer and onboarding process.
- Analyze recruiting trends and implement strategies for sourcing lateral associates.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and affirmative action guidelines.
- Maintain and manage the recruiting department budget.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of law firm recruiting or related campus recruiting experience.
- Strong ability to manage all aspects of campus/student recruiting programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with recruiting systems (e.g., ViRecruit, Symplicity, Workday) preferred.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, manage competing priorities, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Location:
San Francisco or Silicon Valley (hybrid schedule). - Salary range for this market: $124,200 – $198,600 annually
