Chief Human Resources Officer; CHRO

We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the organization’s HR strategy, oversee talent management, and support the development of a high-performing workforce. This role focuses on driving people-focused initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Advise executive leadership on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness
• Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes
• Implement performance management programs and employee development initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters

• Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies
• Monitor workforce metrics and analytics to guide HR decision-making
• Collaborate with finance and leadership to optimize resource planning

• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational change and development

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably as CHRO or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and organizational development
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex HR programs and cross-functional teams

• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent
• SHRM-SCP or other HR leadership certifications

• Salary range of $275,000 – $375,000
