- 3+ years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting for startups
- Extensive experience hiring AI, software engineering, data, ML, and infra roles
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Has helped to grow a startup as an early recruiter or talent hire (Seed to Series B)
- Technically conversant enough to pick up terminology, explain roles to candidates, and know when to answer questions vs. when to pass them to the hiring team
- Flexible on working hours
- Able to work closely with external hiring partners
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical (and non-technical) roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions
