As a Sourcer, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent. You’ll build thoughtful sourcing strategies, nurture passive candidates, and ensure every interaction reflects our culture and values. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role that directly impacts the growth of our company.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical and non technical roles and priorities
Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates using tools like Linked In Recruiter, Github, and other platforms
Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for key functions
Develop creative strategies for reaching passive talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Track metrics and leverage data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness
Promote our employer brand through consistent, authentic outreach and storytelling
Stay current on market trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing best practices
3-6 years of hands‑on sourcing experience, including at least 1 year at a startup
Strong understanding of technical and non technical roles
Proven ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems - ideally Ashby, Juicebox, Linked In Recruiter
