We are seeking a first line Recruiting Manager to lead the recruiting efforts for our Customer First and Presales teams in North America. In this role, you will oversee a team of recruiters to deliver a technology driven hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This requires someone with a highly data‑driven mind who can continue to evolve our approach to attracting, hiring and retaining talent.

The Recruiting Manager will lead a team of technical recruiters responsible for hiring across our more technical GTM teams across the Americas. As a first line leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a team of highly productive, technology minded recruiters and holding them accountable to key metrics and hiring goals. You will play a critical role in ensuring a strong experience in attracting top‑tier talent to join our teams!

Annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between $152,000 — $228,000 USD.

For candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington, the range is $136,000 — $204,000 USD.

Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters, fostering a culture of data‑driven excellence and creativity
• Collaborate with the business leaders and the ecosystem of Finance, Operations and HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities
• In collaboration with this ecosystem develop and align on quarterly hiring targets, enabling the team to successfully deliver on goals
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience for both candidates and hiring teams
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision‑making and demonstrate hiring effectiveness

• Proven experience of technical recruiting success, managing a req load and working with all levels of line leaders to attract, hire and retain strong talent
• Proven experience in both startup and large‑scale environments, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to improve recruiting strategies
• AI mindset with the ability to think creatively and commit to continuous innovation and improvement
• Solution oriented with the ability to see potential roadblocks, influence the process and communicate effectively to gain alignment
