AboutThe Role
As Talent Partner, you’ll own full‑cycle recruiting across highly diverse roles, from wet‑lab scientists and research associates to ML engineers and hardware specialists. You will partner closely with hiring managers from initial scoping and sourcing to structured assessment and close. Experience in BCI/neurotech, biotech, or AI is a plus, but search craft and deep passion for continuously raising our talent bar is a must‑have.
Inthis role, you will:
- Act as a strategic partner, coach, and project manager to hiring managers across a wide range of experience levels.
- Run expert intakes; translate scientific and engineering needs into clear, calibrated role definitions, search strategies, and scorecards.
- Build proactive pipelines and talent maps; deliver calibrated slates on tight timelines; engage exceptional talent across communities.
- Partner with hiring teams to design high‑signal candidate evaluation tactics and execute crisp, effective closing strategies.
- Lead candidate closes end‑to‑end, from initial touchpoint through acceptance.
- Implement SLAs, dashboards, and runbooks; run post‑mortems and ship fixes; inform broader organizational processes such as workforce and compensation planning.
- Mentor junior teammates as we scale the function.
- Have demonstrated success in full‑cycle recruiting with a heavy focus on senior research/engineering roles at a fast‑paced BCI/neurotech, biotech, or AI company; credible fluency with research techniques and settings.
- Have a track record of closing complex offer negotiations with confidence using a structured process resulting in strong acceptance rates.
- Are comfortable operating independently in ambiguity, and an instinct to build durable yet simple processes and systems.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication; respectful candor; values‑aligned decision‑making.
- Are obsessed with quality and craft, and feel deep ownership over building a world‑class organization with an exceptionally high talent bar.

Compensation Range: $165K - $215K
