The candidate will work as a Recruiter for client’s Community Operations division in the U.S. and Canada, focusing on high volume hiring strategies to build a world-class customer support organization. They will partner with business leaders to attract and hire candidates who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

• High volume hiring strategy
• Applicant Tracking System
• Data driven decision maker

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications or other related field
• Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders
• Working knowledge in using ICIMS or other related Applicant Tracking System
• Data driven decision maker
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting

Pay: $ 40.89/hr.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

$40.89 per hour
