Anthropic is looking for an immigration coordinator to manage and streamline our immigration processes for current and future employees, enabling us to hire the best global talent. In this role, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support business immigration cases, ensuring compliance while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and employees throughout their visa and green card journeys.

You’ll also help drive process improvements across our immigration operations, maintaining clear documentation and policies that support Anthropic’s growing international presence.

• Work with internal teams and external counsel to support the process of business immigration for current and future employees. This includes outlining factors involved in a visa case for candidates and employees, coordinating with recruiters, managers, and candidates/employees to gather necessary information and documents, tracking SLAs, and maintaining data integrity across our systems.
• Provide excellent white-glove service to internal clients and ensure a smooth, positive candidate and employee experience with clear, kind, and responsive communication.
• Ensure domestic and international compliance from an employer perspective and oversee immigration accounts and proper documentation storage (E-Verify, MyUSCIS, Google Drive, etc.).
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives in immigration processes and keep documentation/policies up to date, accessible, and easy to understand for fellow Ants.

• Are a strong communicator, particularly in writing, and can manage a large volume of email correspondence.
• Are reliable and responsive, handling time-sensitive questions and requests from employees and hiring managers.
• Are organized and detail-oriented, managing time-sensitive and critical processes around immigration cases.
• Are service-oriented and view internal teams as clients to provide an excellent service experience.
• Have 3+ years of immigration experience.

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

$115,000 - $130,000 USD

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas. If we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to obtain a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to assist with this.
