Compensation: Up to $120,000 Base | $300,000+ OTE

I am currently representing a global powerhouse in Life Sciences recruitment that is seeking elite 360 Contract Recruiters for its primary United States hubs. This organisation is "unapologetically driven" and provides a sophisticated platform for high-performers who wish to scale their billings without corporate interference or unnecessary "red tape."

• Sector Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience within the Life Sciences recruitment sector.
• Billing Track Record: A documented history of billing $300,000+ annually.
• 360 Capability: You must be a true 360-contract recruiter with a relentless focus on new business development and opening new logos.
• Commitment: Ability to work from the office 3 days per week in one of the specified hubs.

• Senior Consultant: $70,000 Base | $130,000 - $150,000+ OTE
• Lead Consultant: $75,000 Base | $155,000 - $185,000+ OTE
• Recruitment Manager (IC): $80,000 – $100,000 Base | $180,000 - $250,000+ OTE
• Senior RM (IC): $100,000 – $120,000 Base | $250,000 - $300,000+ OTE
