About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter
, you’ll partner directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top‑tier talent across engineering, product, and operations teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high‑quality candidates
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
  • Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
  • Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels

    Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
  • Help build our employer brand across Linked In, events, and referrals
What We’re Looking For
  • 4 years of experience in techincal recruiting, ideally in a high‑growth startup
  • Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
  • Ability to own roles end‑to‑end with minimal oversight
  • Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
  • Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early‑stage teams
  • Organized, fast‑moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
