The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of recruiting operations at scale—driving operational excellence, systems optimization, and high-impact programs that directly enable headcount delivery and business growth. This role will be a strategic connector between recruiting, operations, and business partners, delivering scalable solutions that continually improve candidate and hiring manager experiences and help the organization meet its recruiting goals.

This role combines project management, systems expertise, and talent strategy to advance best-in-class hiring processes, drive operational improvements, and provide reliable, day-to-day support—including overseeing requisition quality, stakeholder engagement, and process troubleshooting.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and continuously evolve end-to-end recruiting operations, including position management, workflow design, and systems optimization.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and change adoption.
  • Design, launch, and lead scalable recruiting programs (e.g., interviewer onboarding, referral programs, process redesign, university hiring, DEI initiatives)
  • Use data and stakeholder insight to identify systemic bottlenecks and implement automation-first solutions that increase recruiter capacity and hiring velocity
  • Establish operational standards, documentation, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, data integrity, and compliance across teams and regions
  • Foster continuous improvement by analyzing recruiting data results, gathering feedback, iterating on programs, and supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Build strong partnerships and represent recruiting on cross-functional projects with HR, People Analytics, Finance, and business leaders
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize recruiting tools to improve scalability and performance
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, supporting stakeholder accountability and ongoing optimization
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent programs, or strategic operations roles, with a proven track record of building scalable recruiting infrastructure in high-growth or evolving environments
  • Proven ability to own complex operational initiatives end-to-end and deliver measurable improvements in hiring outcomes
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker, experienced in using data and metrics to diagnose issues, influence decisions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Skilled at influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across functions
  • Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong to advanced proficiency with recruiting systems and tools (e.g., Ashby, Workday, Linked In, Gem) and a strong aptitude for adopting and optimizing new technologies
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational excellence, data integrity, and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
