About Bridge

We’re creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stable coins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stable coins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster / cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat‑only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store and spend US dollars.

Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. What

you’ll do

We're looking for a driven and results‑oriented GTM Recruiter to join our talent team! You'll be responsible for hiring top talent in sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and operations to support our GTM strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top GTM talent. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Find and engage high‑caliber candidates through Linked In, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and other channels. Build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for GTM roles.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, from job postings and candidate assessments to interview coordination and offer negotiations. Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to set expectations and define role requirements. Partner with internal teams to align recruiting strategies with company goals.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proven success recruiting for GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success, business development, etc.).
  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (Crypto Industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, Linked In Recruiter).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for startups, Fintech, Crypto, or high‑growth companies.
  • Understanding of GTM strategies and their impact on business growth.
In‑office expectations

Office‑assigned Stripe workers in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripe in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in‑office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office.

Also, some teams have greater in‑office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in‑person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $143,200 - $214,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
