We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global team. In this role, you’ll lead full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of high‑tech roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in both the US and Israel. You’ll play a key role in hiring top talent, strengthening our local employer brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects who we are.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who is strategic, hands‑on, and passionate about building exceptional teams in a dynamic environment. This role is hybrid to our SF office, 3 days per week in office.

• Own and drive end‑to‑end recruiting processes across a range of high‑tech roles (technical and non‑technical).
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership across the US and Israel to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier, diverse talent.
• Act as a local ambassador for Honey Book, helping to build and strengthen our employer brand in the Bay area.
• Create and deliver an outstanding, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience that reflects Honey Book’s values at every touchpoint.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
• Collaborate on global recruiting initiatives, processes, and best practices.

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within hyper‑growth tech companies, with at least one startup environment.
• Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with international teams.
• Proven track record of hiring across diverse roles, including technical and member care positions.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
