In this position you with work with senior leaders in the Chief Business Office
. This position will partner with leaders across Product Marketing, Community and Go To Market.

• Serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leaders
• Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
• Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale
• Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires
• Deliver, in partnership with our COEs, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as needed
• Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the  Chief People Officer  for your business!
• Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
• Speak  business  more than  HR  lingo

• 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience
• Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization
• Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution
• Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment
• Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
• A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

• BA/BS degree (that is a  Bachelor of Science  ) or equivalent practical experience
