Join a fast-paced People Operations team and help create a smooth, accurate, and supportive employee experience across onboarding, HR systems, and people services. This contract role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys partnering cross-functionally, improving processes, and keeping employee data and workflows running effectively.
Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day onboarding for new hire groups, ensuring a well-organized and positive start experience
- Support contingent worker onboarding by collecting required information, initiating background checks, and confirming start details
- Process employee status changes, including full-time to part-time transitions, contractor updates, and related vendor communications
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and help ensure data consistency across connected tools
- Partner with People Partners, Payroll, Legal, IT, and Internal Tools teams to support employee data and compliance-related processes
- Triage and respond to employee questions and requests through the people tickets queue
- Help create and maintain onboarding guides, process documentation, and internal FAQs
- Support a collaborative team environment and help cover key onboarding and ticket workflows as needed
- Experience supporting HR operations, people services, or similar administrative workflows
- Strong familiarity with HR systems;
Workday experience is strongly preferred - Ability to manage sensitive employee information with accuracy, discretion, and care
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Customer service mindset with a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement
- Experience working at a high-growth or fast-moving technology company
- Exposure to tools such as Greenhouse or Checkr
- Experience supporting onboarding for both contingent workers and full-time employees
- Background in building or improving internal documentation and process playbooks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across People, IT, Legal, and Payroll

The pay range for this role is $49 - $85 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
