Role:
Senior Director of Total Rewards and HRIS overseeing global compensation, benefits, and HR analytics at a clinical-stage biopharma focused on infectious diseases and cancer.
- lead design and administration of pay structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs
- manage compliance, executive compensation, mobility, and communication strategies
- develop HR analytics strategy and oversee HRIS systems
- BA/BS with 12+ years or MS/MBA with 10+ years in compensation and benefits leadership, ideally within a public life sciences or biotech company
- expertise in executive compensation, regulatory compliance, and HRIS (e.g., UKG)
- proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- experience in a commercial-stage biopharma, familiarity with global mobility, executive pay, and regulatory requirements
- based in San Francisco with at least 3 days/week in-office
- salary range $227,500-$318,000
