Opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President, U.S. Analytics and Insights, the Senior Director, U.S. Forecasting will provide forecasting strategy, modeling and analytical leadership to guide product strategy and decisions, performance management, and lifecycle planning. This role leads the design, execution, and refinement of short‑term demand and SKU‑level forecasts that drive manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial decisions across the oncology portfolio. The Senior Director will also develop and communicate key forecast assumptions and revenue analyses to inform portfolio investment and lifecycle strategies.

As a strategic thought partner, this leader will shape U.S. forecasting frameworks, methodologies, and processes while collaborating closely with Global Forecasting to ensure alignment of models, methodologies and assumptions. The ideal candidate has deep oncology forecasting experience — including patient flow, treatment pathways, and competitive dynamics — along with strong analytical skills, strategic agility, and comfort with ambiguity. They will pair hands‑on technical expertise with leadership excellence, collaborating with a team of forecasters and analysts in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.

This position is based at our Redwood City, CA headquarters, with flexibility for remote candidates willing to travel regularly to the office.
