As climate change amplifies the intensity of wildfires—with longer fire seasons, dryer fuels, and faster winds—new ignitions spread faster and put more communities ay, most wildfires are detected by bystanders and reported via 911, meaning it can take hours to detect a fire, verify its exact location and size, and dispatch first responders.

Fire authorities need a faster way to detect, confirm, and pinpoint fires so that they can quickly respond—preventing small flare‑ups from becoming devastating infernos.

The Role

Pano is entering a pivotal phase of growth, expanding its product footprint and strengthening its position as a leader in applied AI for wildfire and disaster intelligence. To support this next chapter, we are hiring a Product Partnerships Manager to help build and execute the partnerships that unlock new technical capabilities, accelerate our product roadmap, and create meaningful value for customers and agencies in high‑risk environments.

A major focus of this role is identifying, evaluating, and structuring partnerships across several verticals core to Pano’s ecosystem - including IoT sensor networks, geospatial and satellite data providers, Gov Tech platforms, and enterprise technology vendors. You will assess which opportunities deliver the greatest technical, financial, or strategic value through quantitative modeling and scenario analysis.

The Product Partnerships Manager is both strategic and execution‑oriented. You will identify and assess high‑value partners, quantify their potential impact, negotiate and structure agreements, and drive each integration from idea to launch alongside Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing. This is a true ground‑floor opportunity to build the systems, frameworks, and workflows that will shape Pano’s long‑term partnership ecosystem.

Reporting to the Head of Product Partnerships, this role offers significant autonomy, influence over product direction, and a rare opportunity to grow alongside a function and company undergoing rapid expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and land high‑impact product and technology partnerships that advance Pano’s technical capabilities and competitive position across IoT, geospatial, Gov Tech, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
