The Role:As Chief of Staff to the CRO, you’ll act as a true execution partner and force multiplier — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a rapidly scaling GTM organisation. Sitting at the centre of Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, and Customer Success, you’ll ensure priorities move forward, KPIs are visible, and cross-functional initiatives land with impact.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and ownership of critical, revenue-driving initiatives during a key growth phase.
What You’ll Do- Build and run the GTM operating cadence (forecasts, pipeline reviews, QBRs, leadership syncs).
- Create structure, workflows, and accountability across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Rev Ops.
- Own GTM KPIs, dashboards, and performance narratives for exec and board audiences.
- Lead quarterly GTM OKRs and ensure execution stays on track.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Finance, and Ops.
- Partner directly with the CRO on high-impact strategic projects (territory design, GTM motions, launches, pricing, competitive analysis).
- 3–6 years’ experience as a
Chief of Staff (or similar) in high-growth B2B SaaS
. - Strong GTM operator with a data-driven mindset and exceptional execution skills.
- Comfortable operating at exec level while driving day-to-day progress.
- Thrives in fast-paced, in-person environments and takes real ownership.
