Chief Information Officer; CIO

We are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the organization’s technology strategy, manage information systems, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on aligning technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring cybersecurity, and optimizing IT operations to support growth and innovation.

• Develop and execute IT and digital strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve business performance
• Drive innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

• Oversee the management of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of technology platforms
• Implement best practices for IT service delivery and support

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and protocols
• Protect organizational data and systems from internal and external threats
• Manage IT risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Partner with business leaders to ensure technology supports organizational priorities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology-related decisions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably as CIO or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital transformation
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• ITIL or other IT governance certifications

• Salary range of $275,000 – $350,000
