The OpportunityAdobe is looking for a Creative Technologist to join our fast‑paced team. You will work with the Director of AI/ML Customer Engineering and help bring generative AI and creative workflows to some of the world’s largest brands.
What you will do- Leverage discovery workshops to unlock business value for customers.
- Craft vision and point of view that aligns Adobe Foundry solutions to strategic creative issues.
- Understand business needs and devise prototypes.
- Define ideal technology architecture for current and future states.
- Record compelling technical demo videos.
- Influence product roadmaps and gather feedback from sales, customer success and professional services.
- Serve as technical expert on Adobe Firefly Services, Creative Cloud technologies and Digital Experience APIs.
- Ideate and code creative enterprise product and workflow prototypes using Adobe APIs and customer needs.
- Build prototypes with internal engineering and research teams.
- Synthesize emerging technologies and their impact to Adobe.
- Present product demos to senior leadership and represent Adobe at public events.
- Embed for post‑sales success in up to three simultaneous customer Foundry engagements.
- JavaScript / Node.js, API tools (Postman, App Builder), HTML/CSS, React, Python (plus). Low‑code connectors are a plus.
- 10+ years as a developer, full‑stack preferred, experience with APIs.
- 10+ years hands‑on with Creative Cloud applications for static, vector, 3D, and video content.
- Deep technical and customer knowledge across creative, document, digital experience, generative AI, and workflow/low‑code spaces.
- Analytical and strategic problem solver, using data to advise decisions.
- Future‑mindset and innovation focus.
- Technical pre‑sales, consulting, developer or creative environment experience a plus.
- Experience with cross‑functional creative workflows (image, video, audio, 3D, analytics, pdf).
- Continuous learning, growth mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
- Track record of delivering on time, excellent executive and customer communication, and large stakeholder engagement.
- Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Owner mentality and founder‑style work ethic.
- Great teammate spirit.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $151,800 – $257,100 annually, varying by location and experience. For California, the range is $177,600 – $257,100. Base salary is supplemented by annual incentives and eligible equity awards.
